Urban Fitness app for iPhone and iPad

Sounds silly but that is how Urban fitness Blackrock started. We started out as a fitness class/bootcamp training people in the elements on a beach. We had a some transport a few small pieces of equipment and a burning desire to change the way people looked at health and fitness in our Area.

Both of us boxed for the same club, went to school together and grew up in the same area, even started pushing weights in the same old school community gym and had been heavily involved in fitness all our lives, we had grown tired of seeing people throw endless time and money into commercial main stream gyms with little or next to nothing in return in terms of results.
